Great company and outstanding service department.  Service technicians were professional and very knowledgeable. The service department is extremely customer oriented. In desperation, I called the service manager, Kim, to move a service call that was originally booked one month out to requesting that the service be performed immediately.  Despite being a demanding time of the year for the company, Kim was able to accommodate my request of urgent assistance and had technicians on site and servicing our pool within two days. Good experience all the way through starting with Susan. She set me up with a nice American Whirlpool 471 tub at a great price. The installation crew led by Chris was courteous, professional,  and informative with a lot of user tips. They also helped support/guide the crane operator as my tub needed to be lifted over part of the house to land it on the back deck. Looking at a potential pool install with them now too. Few months ago, I went into Matley's Swimming Pools and Spas to get a part for my friend's pool. While there, I ended up looking at hot tubs in the show room, which my girlfriend and I had dreamed about. The next day, I reached out to Susan to inquire about the hot tubs. I ended up going into Matley's again and discussing different types of hot tubs. It was determined that an American Whirlpool Spa 471 was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Susan explained every aspect of just about every hot tub available. This helped make the decision  to purchase the 471. To no fault of Matley's, the hot tubs were several months out due to manufacturing. Throughout the entire process Susan reached out and stayed in touch. She kept me updated on the hot tub's status and even answered questions that I had, including concrete pad side and different options on the hot tub. Matley's did not just cut off communication once the sale was done. Once the hot tub arrived at Matley's , Matley's delivered the hot tub  right away and installed it. Gary, the owner arrived on the job with two other gentleman. They were excellent, friendly and very professional. Gary explained different aspects of the hot tub and answered all the questions. Susan followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Overall excellent experience at Matley's. I would highly recommend purchasing a hot tub/spa from them. Wonderful experience with the install of our pool right from the beginning process to the end. Susan our sales person came right out to our house the same day of my phone call. Informed us of all options of what we were looking for in our price range.  She continued to advise us of any concerns or changes we wanted to make (and there were a few 😁) once the pool process began in mid May with the excavation Susan continued to check in. Gary the owner was terrific. What can I say ,a great guy. Very personable and responsive to any questions or concerns. I will continue to lean on Susan and Gary for questions and concerns (guidance) with our new pool as this is all new to me and my family. Gary did a great job on my recent pool pump upgrade. He showed a level of professionalism and conscientiousness, that seem to be lacking in today’s world and has done so since we first met years ago.
